Jill was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and moved to the Charleston area in 2010 when her husband was transferred to South Carolina.
Since graduating from college Jill has bought and sold multiple houses. For example, she bought a 1923 historic home to renovate which she then sold. She bought a vacant lot and built a home with an independent builder which she then sold, bought two new construction spec homes then sold, a townhouse to renovate and flip, two townhouses to renovate and rent, and bought three houses with company relocation packages, sold 2 of them and still lives in one.
Jill has always been in sales, first pharmaceutical sales, communication sales, and medical sales. When she moved to Charleston, SC, Jill decided to venture outside of her previous sales experience and decided to sell real estate. She loves sales and marketing, shopping for homes, staging, and negotiating deals, and has personally and professionally been involved in about every type of residential real estate transaction there is!
