If you purchase a home in Center Park, the HOA dues are around $800 per year and cover common area maintenance and access to the pool at Pierce Park Pavilion. The schools in Center Park are part of the Berkeley County School District and include Daniel Island Elementary, Hanahan Middle School, and Hanahan High School.
