The neighborhood of Sweetgrass is popular for its location on Rifle Range Road in Mount Pleasant, SC which provides convenient access to Towne Center, the Seaside Farms shopping center, and the Isle of Palms Connector. This is an established neighborhood with most of the homes being built in the 90s.

Sweetgrass offers boat storage and walking paths within the neighborhood but no community pool, tennis courts, or playgrounds for school-age children. The Sweetgrass HOA fees can seem steep to some homebuyers for this reason. But its prime location and access to popular destinations in the area make it attractive to most.
